Vivillon
A bit of an oddity, Vivillon is available in any region, but it has 18 unique wing patterns. Players who open gifts from various parts of the world will have a chance to lead to an encounter with Scatterbug, which will then evolve into one of the unique Vivillon patterns based on the origin of the postcard that was used to start the encounter.
