Another event, another chapter in the Season of Heritage story-line. Moving on from the events leading up to this, it seems that we may be inching closer to the season's big reveal of what lies behind that giant door. This time around, we've got the introduction of the Helioptile line, and the announcement of the next Team Rocket Takeover event, though this one may be leading up to something more as well....

Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time
The Season of Heritage Story Continues!
Spark’s intuition leads him to believe that the final mechanism of the door requires Electric-type Pokémon to power it. Work with Spark to catch Pokémon as he makes progress toward unlocking the final mechanism of the mysterious door located at the historical cave site. In this event inspired by the power plants found in the Kanto and Kalos regions, you’ll be able to catch Pokémon like Magnemite, Voltorb, and Helioptile!
In the shadows, it seems that a nefarious force has also caught wind of the door and the power that lies beyond it…
