What Moltres to power up?

My best Moltres stats are:

1381 CP 10 HP 15 Att 14 Def 86,7 % Overheat
1384 CP 14 HP 15 Att 11 Def 88,9 % Heat Wave

Do you think it is worthwhile to power up one of the two, and if so, which one?

You can't evolve Moltres so I'm going to assume you mean power up instead.

Also assuming the IV stat distribution is Attack/Defense/Stamina, then go with the 88.9% one, and just use a TM to get rid of Heat Wave. Even Fireblast would be a marked improvement over Heat Wave, but Overheat would be the ultimate goal.

If you evolve it any further it becomes KFC, which is only good for a meal.

1384 and charged TM it to Overheat.

Power up the 1381 one, the HP stat is almost pointless, at lvl 40 the diference is nothing between a 15 iv HP and 0 iv HP

I agree with this guy, I think 3 defence is better than 4 stamina as you'll only "lose" a few hp compared to reaching a potential bulkpoint against whatever pokemon you'll use it for which then reduces damage taken by 1 per hit.

Do not power up either Moltres right now. Charmander community day is a few weeks away and Charizard has the potential to outrank Moltres as the best DPS fire mon. Hold on until we know how that goes.
