most people that comment this site are hardcore players, they will tell you to drop the T-tar and get a better one. "Bellow 90+% is garbage" xD
my answer: it depends how easy is for you to get 10km or t-tar raids. if it takes another 5month to get another one I think you should invest cause t-tar is very usefull in battles, generally.
Tyranitar - Question
Finally got my first Tyranitar from raid (77.8% IV) with 10/14/11 (HP/ATT/DEF) and she has Bite/Stone Edge. Is it worth to take her to the level 30 or should I try and get better one?

Unless it is really difficult for you to participate in raids, go for a better one. Last thing I did (which may be stupid to many eyes here): evolved a 14/14/14 (93%) larvitar instead of powering up a 91% T-Tar from a raid. A waste of candy? Yes. Will it save me time and stardust towards the future? Definitely.
Personally, I would wait...
As I mentioned before, I got up to 540+ Larvitar candies before even getting my 1st Tyranitar...(was hatched 95%) so take your time. I've hatched 7 Larvitars...
You need sheer numbers with Level 4+ raids anyways so I wouldn't "waste" candies IMO to evolve a low IV one, especially when Tyranitar is still a raid boss...AND, you have to dump stardust in to get it to 27.5 or 30...
I am a hardcore player but I'm not an IV snob. However, your TTar is almost a worst case scenario as far as IVs, for a raid boss TTar. 10 attack is the lowest you can get, and the other stats aren't great.
The thing about raid battles is that they are accessible. If you want them, you can go get them. This is much different than before, when you never knew when you'd have another opportunity to catch a strong larvitar, or hatch a larvitar.
So why not just go hit up some more TTar raids? If you catch another TTar raid boss, there is a 95% chance it is better as far as IV.
(note - you did get a great moveset, but with TMs the movesets aren't as crucial)
In my relatively small city I can get 2, maybe 3 TTar's per day. Now I have reason to play since I got my first one. Hopefully my struggle when it comes to catching this particular raid boss has ended.
That's right. I'm glad it has great moveset. Probably I wouldn't even bother to change moves because of not so great IV. I'm not exactly swimming in TM's at the moment. Still that TTar is somewhat useful even at level 20.
