What is your lowest, acceptable IV?

Hello. Pokemons IV's became for many of us an important thing in the game.
I'm curious what is the lowest pokemons IV's that is acceptable for you to evolve/power up them? :)

In most cases I'm happy with anything with top tier iv for the appraisal (82.2%+), after that it's all about moveset.

If it's something that took forever to accumulate the candy for in the area(abra, machop, and geodude took 29 levels) I aim high 90s just because it took so damn long and I'm proud of it.

Anything else it depends on the Pokemon. If it's top tier I won't complain if it's 60 percent. Too many people ask if their 80iv lapras perfect moveset is good enough or if they should wait for another. Of course it's good enough.

Waiting for an extra 10 or 20 IV for a Pokemon that rare is crazy.

I don't know, I walked some eggs... got me one Lapras I evolved quite a bit, later on I got an 89IV. I have 5 of them. Caught one in the wild, got 4 out of an egg. Two have Ice shard/Blizzard, three have Ice Shard/Ice Beam. Do I only use them to defend? hell no, they fry Dragonites in no time. :)

89-91%+ for most pokemon.
96+ for vaporeon and Gyarados because quite easy to get.
80+ for Lapras, Snorlax, Slowbrow and offensive Dragonite if A-Moveset because they are beasts.(even 70%+ im happy if good moveset)

I evolved and powered up a 49% Exeggutor. Simply because I had no alternative, in accumulating the candies the only one I caught that was a remotely high level was 49%. The rest were all under 300CP somehow.

Aside from that, anything 80% or higher I tend to value highly, but any 'rare' pokemon I'll take anything over 60% (counting attack double) with a good moveset. i.e. I have nothing against powering up a high level Lapras with 70% IV and good moves, as it could be years before I get a high level one with 90%+ IV and good moves.

Anything with 11/11/11 or higher for me is great (and yes, I transfer 15/15/10 pokemon, unless if its a Lapras or a Snorlax with good moveset) I think everyone worrys too much about the total percentage and forgout about to check if its well distributed between the 3 attributes.

15/15/10 is "way stronger" than 11/11/11. First because attack counts double when determining CP and because total is more important than repartition. Stamina is good also cause extra health points are doubbled for defenders. Defense is the less usefull stats.
15/10/15 is stronger than 12/15/14 for example

I'm Happy with:
- 80% above as long as move set is Ranked A
- 90% above for those with Ranked B move set
- 40% above is enough for me if Rare Top Tiers (Snorlax, Lapras, Dragonite) but "MUST BE Ranked A" move set since they are still stronger than any other Pokémon's with 100% IV's anyways.

It depends, for Lapras or Snorlax, 70%+ is fine. For most Pokemons 84 at least. And for Eevee's evolutions and Gyarados at least 91.

I appear to be an outlier here. I will not invest a lot in a CP below 80% unless it is a high-end poke with strong moveset.

But I will go down to about 60% if I find a level 30 unevolved. That takes me straight to a high level without using stardust and, if I get a good moveset, I have a great backup attacker or defender.

I have done this several time for mid level poke like Machamp and Rhydon. I was not powering those up anyway

I don't usually check IVs when evolving a common pokemon, just pick the highest CP ones and after evolving if he/she has the desired movesets I will check IVs to consider power him/her up.

The three rare ones: Snorlax, Lapras and Dragonite are a different story, of course.

minimum 95% + good move set
minimum 90% if is a rare like snorlax/lapras

I am applying the rule that percentage doesn't matter. I am interested only in pokemons that have all three IV stats 12 or higher (or I make an exception and accept 11 if other two are 15)
