What is your lowest, acceptable IV?
Hello. Pokemons IV's became for many of us an important thing in the game.
I'm curious what is the lowest pokemons IV's that is acceptable for you to evolve/power up them? :)

If it's something that took forever to accumulate the candy for in the area(abra, machop, and geodude took 29 levels) I aim high 90s just because it took so damn long and I'm proud of it.
Anything else it depends on the Pokemon. If it's top tier I won't complain if it's 60 percent. Too many people ask if their 80iv lapras perfect moveset is good enough or if they should wait for another. Of course it's good enough.
Waiting for an extra 10 or 20 IV for a Pokemon that rare is crazy.
I evolved and powered up a 49% Exeggutor. Simply because I had no alternative, in accumulating the candies the only one I caught that was a remotely high level was 49%. The rest were all under 300CP somehow.
Aside from that, anything 80% or higher I tend to value highly, but any 'rare' pokemon I'll take anything over 60% (counting attack double) with a good moveset. i.e. I have nothing against powering up a high level Lapras with 70% IV and good moves, as it could be years before I get a high level one with 90%+ IV and good moves.
15/15/10 is "way stronger" than 11/11/11. First because attack counts double when determining CP and because total is more important than repartition. Stamina is good also cause extra health points are doubbled for defenders. Defense is the less usefull stats.
15/10/15 is stronger than 12/15/14 for example
I appear to be an outlier here. I will not invest a lot in a CP below 80% unless it is a high-end poke with strong moveset.
But I will go down to about 60% if I find a level 30 unevolved. That takes me straight to a high level without using stardust and, if I get a good moveset, I have a great backup attacker or defender.
I have done this several time for mid level poke like Machamp and Rhydon. I was not powering those up anyway
