- Various Pokestop Showcases will be available
- Cetoddle and Cetitan will make their debut in Pokemon Go
- A new seasonal outfit for Pikachu and Raichu will be available
- A selection of Pokemon will appear in the wild more frequently
- Among them, Pikachu, Eevee, Stantler, and Spheal will be available in holiday-themed outfits.
- A selection of Pokemon will be available in raids
- A selection of Pokemon will hatch from 2km Eggs collected during the event, and will have greater odds of being Shiny.
- A selection of Pokemon will be available more frequently via Field Research
- Among them, Pikachu, Delibird, Spheal, Glaceon, and Cubchoo will be available with Holiday Outfits.
- Mega Energy for Abomasnow and Glalie will also be available from research
