The stardust cost is probably meant to balance that out, if it can reroll better IVs. 40k dust just to reroll a legendary is a steep price.

Well I'll be able to spend a lot of the money I've saved up to prepare for trading as I was planning on buying a bunch on hundos.
I had a $1000 budget for a mewtwo100 alone

People will still sell farm-raised accounts...buyers will make it their buddy, then trade when feasible

Seriously what's the point of trading with all those restrictions for non rural players ? Hundos are the only kind of pokemon truly difficult to get after regional exclusive and maybe unknown... If iv's are rerolled trading is completely useless
