For real, my only useful legacy move Pokemon is now going to be the most common thing out there. I have a level 40, IV 80 Snorlax with Body Slam currently and adored him. Now he'll be garbage to the better IV ones I'll probably get. No longer do I get to feel special.
Why on earth would they do this? At least offer a different, new move. Makes me almost want to stop playing because of how dumb these updates are getting. Devalue everything I have.

The only thing making me "salty" about the special research is the fact that they broadcast what the "special" reward is. I really wish they put more secrecy and randomness into it, like a pool of 3-4 mons that it can be. It's no fun pulling back the curtain if you already know what's on the other side
I wish every week was random for everyone. Sure you'd have someone bitch about getting Suicune for 3 weeks in a row or something but it would make the weekly breakthroughs a lot more exciting. Even if they mixed legacy mons with legendaries it would make it more interesting than "Here's the same piece of shit for 4 weeks in a row, have fun powering it up from level 15!".
