This is hardly normal rng, this is bullshit.

This is already the SECOND day this happened. If you have to destroy me like this then forget about it. Assuming if the stones have a 20% drop rate i should had been got it by now.

There he is, we've missed you!

At least 4 chances a day is better than one chance a week. It was reported on TSR that it's possible to get two stones in a day even. We still don't know what the PvP drop rates even are for these, do we?

We have?

Also, I already have 5 Sinnoh Stones in stock ROFLMAOCOPTER

I battled over 20 times yesterday. Not a single sinnoh stone :(

You only get rewards for your first three battles against a trainer and for one battle against a team leader.

Yes, got a stone from my first normal PvP match then another straight after from battling Blanche.

Niantic can probably satisfy the whole world but you.

So two days in to PvP, and you're already whining about not getting a Sinnoh stone. How eye-rollingly not shocking. The feature has been live for what... 13 hours? You literally have no patience, do you?

But let's be real. You get 4 chances at this per day. Give it a week or two, and you'll be fine. Eventually, you'll start throwing those stones away.

A 20% drop rate in PvP and let's assume a lower, say 5%, drop rate in training.

That would mean the probability of having none after 6+2 battles is 0.8*0.8*0.8*0.8*0.8*0.8*0.95*0.95 = 23.6585%.

That's RNG - there's nothing wrong with that luck. Try going 4 days without a reward (about 5% total chance at happening) then you might have a complaint. You should really get it under 1% chance (or roughly a week of no rewards) before you start accusing things of being rigged.

On an alternative note:
On day 1 I scanned my girlfriend's code: she got a stone (2 actually) and I didn't get any.
On day 2 I had her scan my code: she didn't get any stones and I got 2 today.
Not claiming there's any connection, but maybe try having someone else scan your code for day 3 (also maybe forward your time zone to do day 3 early, before any drop rates get nerfed).

Admittedly 0 in two days is poor luck - especially if they later nerf drop rates. It's not incredibly bad though, just unfortunate.

I'll also add that all those battles are in master League. Since Stardust is higher there, and you need three Pokemon over 2500 to enter that League, I'd imagine drop rates may be better in master.

Also also adding that you need item space available to get sinnoh stones. There's a warning message if you have a full bag that you can't get rewards.

1. I only battle with best friends and ultra friends. Today i fought with myself (Actually my father's phone, i used his phone and just used 2 phones with 1 person) while yesterday i fought with 4 different players. No need to scan QR codes. I only get daily 2000 dust.

2. All of the battles are in masters league.

3. My bag is not full.

Were you playing with your dad's phone while he changed your diaper?

Actually, that's exactly normal RnG.

It's you're assessment of "normal RNG" that is flawed.

You're confusing odds with a finite group of results. Which is wrong.

The cup game: Place a stone under one cup. add two cups with nothing under them. Mix the three cups until you lose track of the cup with the stone under it. Pick a cup

You have a 1/3 chance. If you miss, you have a 1/2 chance out of the remaining cups. ...This is the logic you're trying to apply to your complaining. In the cups, the stone exists in one of those three cups. And each cup you remove increases your chances of finding the stone. In the game you have a 1/5 chance every single time you get a reward. But it's a constant 1/5 chance no matter how many times you do it. It doesn't go down to 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 until you get it.

I don't think I can dumb it down any further. You use the term RNG, you just don't understand it. Scary.

To piggy back off of this, you're essentially throwing a 5-sided dice every time you get rewards. Being a dice, it's possible to roll the same number multiple times before rolling a different number even once. Going 0/8 in rolling a stone is bad luck but not unheard of odds.

well at least we got that one good post out of you yesterday, we didnt miss this side of you.

You can do 4 battles for rewards daily, 3 trainer ad one team leader, even assuming its 20%, by weeks end you should get around 5 or 6 stones.

The game personally hates you and with good reason. You can't beat the system as it is obviously skewed against you and everything is bullshit. Get back to whatever the hell you were throwing tantrums at before you picked this game or move on to the next thing. Just... please leave. Pretty please?

Yah, Niantic knows it's you and the people over there are amused reading your rants. Expect more of the same.
