Gardevoir for solo machamp raids
How good is Gardevoir for soloing machamp?

The extra resistance makes it more forgiving when it comes to dodging moves and also gives it way more total damage output per life than an Espeon or Alakazam - sure in theory Alakazam and Espeon do it a few seconds faster if you've got 5 or 6 of them to throw at the Machamp, but not everyone does.
If you're running a mixed lineup it's not always about having enough DPS but also making sure your the combined damage output of your 6 Pokemon is enough to take down the boss.
As for being "better", that depends on what you define as being better. If that's win time, Alakazam and Espeon are slightly faster than Gardevoir.
Powering up costs, Gardevoir will cost you less dust because you'll need less of them to complete the raid since it deals more damage before fainting.
Consistency, Gardevoir's better as it has more room for user error. Against fighting movesets you can afford to miss more dodges because of the extra survivability, only against Heavy Slam will missed dodges hurt your odds of winning, but that applies to Alakazam and Espeon to all movesets, maybe with the exception of Counter + Close Combat.
For these reasons I'd say that Gardevoir is only worse if you care about how fast you can solo a Machamp.
