Double resists the fighting moves, but is weak to the steel moves.

So would it be better than Alakazam or Espeon when facing the fighting moves or they would still be better?

Alakazam and espeon are used is too get ahead in terms of time. As they are second and third best dps vs machamp.

I feel like it’s a little tankier. But I also like it since it’s got a two bar charge move. I can’t really say if it’s better since I’ve only used it during cloudy weather (dazzling gleam was boosted).

The extra resistance makes it more forgiving when it comes to dodging moves and also gives it way more total damage output per life than an Espeon or Alakazam - sure in theory Alakazam and Espeon do it a few seconds faster if you've got 5 or 6 of them to throw at the Machamp, but not everyone does.

If you're running a mixed lineup it's not always about having enough DPS but also making sure your the combined damage output of your 6 Pokemon is enough to take down the boss.

As for being "better", that depends on what you define as being better. If that's win time, Alakazam and Espeon are slightly faster than Gardevoir.

Powering up costs, Gardevoir will cost you less dust because you'll need less of them to complete the raid since it deals more damage before fainting.

Consistency, Gardevoir's better as it has more room for user error. Against fighting movesets you can afford to miss more dodges because of the extra survivability, only against Heavy Slam will missed dodges hurt your odds of winning, but that applies to Alakazam and Espeon to all movesets, maybe with the exception of Counter + Close Combat.

For these reasons I'd say that Gardevoir is only worse if you care about how fast you can solo a Machamp.

I used mine against a C/DP machamp and it did a lot of damage - like it more than my Alakazam kuz DG is a 2 bar move. As someone pointed out, there's a higher chance for a boost kuz it has two types.

Based on the simulations, despite being slower than Alakazam and Espeon, Gardevoir is far bulkier (except against HS) and thus has higher total damage output. For Machamp raids, Exeggutor is now a slightly worse Gardevoir.
