Are you a fan of high-fashion? It seems that Niantic is, as they're once again trying their hand at "fashion" in Pokemon Go. Like last year, we can look forward to new costumed Pokemon and old fan favorites returning... oh dear, and it also seems that Mareanie and Tooxapex are coming along at long last. Brace yourselves, because PvP may be on its way to yet another shift!

- Mareanie and its evolution, Toxapex, will make their debut in Pokemon Go

- A timed research line will be available that gives encounters with Diglett, Absol, and Croagunk
- Snapshots will result in a costumed Pokemon photobomb
- New avatar items will be available in the shop
- A special set of Pokemon will be available in the wild
- Among them, Butterfree, Croagunk, Blitzle, Diglett, Kirlia, and Absol will be available in special costumes.
- A special set of Pokemon will be available in raids
- Among them, Diglett, Shinx, Croagunk, Butterfree, Kirlia, and Absol will have special costumes
A special set of Pokemon will be hatching from 7km eggs, with all of them sporting special costumes.

Mareanie and several Pokémon sporting the latest fashions are making their runway debuts in Pokémon GO! Furfrou also makes its return to shine on stage in its various forms.
Keep a sharp eye out for other stylish Pokémon that are ready to trend in the wild, through research tasks, and from Eggs.
In proper Fashion Week style, the in-game shop will have new avatar items fresh off the catwalk, along with a sale on select avatar items so Trainers can be as hip as their Buddy Pokémon!
