Newly Wild Pokemon
On September 9th, 2019, at the beginning of the second week of the Ultra Bonus Unlock, it was discovered that two Pokemon originally only found in raids could now be discovered as a wild Pokemon!
Wild Absol was reported shortly after the beginning of the event(1 minute shortly after, even), and Pokemon GO resource Serebii has reported that Mawile reports have been coming in as well.
We are also seeing reports that Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Sandshrew can be found in the wild now.
Serebii Update: There are multiple reports that Mawile and Absol are now spawning in the wild in Pokémon GO, away from Raids, for the first time https://t.co/gDbXkHSvkT

Wild Absol and Mawile were previously impossible to come by. Both Pokemon were also added to Eggs earlier this year. Alolan Sandshrew and Vulpix were only previously found in Eggs, except for at GO Fest 2019 Chicago and Yokohama.
Currently, the only Pokemon exclusive to Raids are the legendaries that haven't been added to Special Research and Shinx.
