Deoxys Attack solo: How hard now?

I'm hoping for reports from people who have battled Deoxys Attack since the raid boss HP buff. I'm planning a solo assault, and I'm a little nervous, as it looks like it will be a much closer fight now. My big concern is the boss regaining HP after my first team is wiped out.

I have five B/C T-tars, ranging from L38 to L30, and two PC/SB Mewtwos at L40 and L37. After that, I've got several other more fragile dark types in the L35-L40 range (Absol, Houndour, Honchkrow, Shiftry) that have adequate time-to-win, but dubious survivability. I also have a few maxed L/SB and SC/SB Gengars, which have great DPS, but very poor survivability. I'm only planning on using one Gengar on my "B" team, because if that second team is wiped out, I will almost certainly fail the raid. Maybe one is even too many.

My plan is to lead off with the L40 Mewtwo, and then fill out the first team with the T-tars. The second team leads off with the other Mewtwo, followed by the four lesser dark types and one Gengar. At least if I fail the first time, I will know the boss moveset, which will help me make tweaks in the lineup and order.

I've looked at the simulations, but if anyone has practical experience with this solo after the boss HP buff, I'd appreciate your feedback. Also, does anyone know specifically how much HP the boss regains when a solo team is wiped out and has to re-enter?

I think this article provides enough information to extrapolate rough difficulty from: https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/deoxys-attack-forme-raid-and-pvp-meta

I don't think any EX raids have taken place since the HP buff so I doubt anyone has firsthand experience with it yet, though I could be wrong. Given the levels of everything you listed while looking at the cut-off for the "T6" soloability I think you'll be fine.

For reference, T6 raids had 18,750hp, 50% more health than the old T5. New T5 sits at 15,000hp.

Psycho Boost (which Dark-types doubly resist) and Zap Cannon are very easy to dodge.

With that team and some dodging, before the HP buff you probably would have won with 90 seconds left. My team is very similar (L/SB 40 Gengar, SB 40 Mewtwo, four B/C 30-40 Tyranitar) and I used to spare 90-95 seconds left
Re-lobby is not an issue. I would go with those Gengars first, especially vs Zap Cannon as it's very easy to dodge. Four or five Dark Ttars are more than enough to keep it through without wiping out.

I think you are overestimating, you'll crush it anyway. You'll probably need 30 secs more than before, but as I said, with that powerful team I suppose time won't be an issue

Well into the challenge Pokebattler held, the record was 144 sec to defeat Deoxys-A. Let’s guess he could have previously won in 210 sec, plus 20%=252 sec. I guess his real question is: exactly (roughly) how much HP does the raid boss regain when not engaged?
