Ho-oh Hidden Power

How do you get a hidden power move on him? I just used 2 fast tm’s on each of the 6 I have and they just switch back and forth between extrasensory and steel wing

None of yesterday's additions replaced any existing moves. This means some Pokemon now have a wide array of potential fast and charge moves. Keep using TM's eventually you'll get it.

Yeah, keeping trying, but I'd probably cut your losses after a little while unless you have a ton of TMs to waste. Hidden Power does increase Ho-oh's potential usability, but it seems hardly essential right now.

Both my hundred maxed Ho-Oh's got hidden power. The first, grass, the second water. I feel like Ho-Oh with a grass hidden power paired with Solar Beam will be a beast grass attacker for Master League.
