Only tier 5s harder, or all? Candy?
I don't do non legendaries very often recently so can't tell if their CP is up too or not. Palkia clearly has higher CP.
Were all raids made harder or just tier 5s?
Also, if tier 5s are all like Mewtwo month, are they awarding 5 candies now rather than 3?

I raided Palkia twice Wednesday and twice Thursday before work. Boss buff had me very hesitant to squeeze a Palkia attempt in, might have DM which I don't have enough time for. Pass(es) better used on Saturday. I traded for one bc a task told me to trade, plus it is a roll of the dice which only costs 800 stardust. Result was this very lucky unlucky...I guess 1/1000? With the odds slightly better bc ~ 1/20 it could have been lucky, then 12/12/12 floor instead of the regular 5/5/5 bf floor
