Weepinbell evolution

I have 2 Weepinbells 91% IV (14 atk 13 def i 14 hp) and 86,7% IV (15-12-12). Which should I evolve?

it's for PvE.

you posted the same IV stats for each. What are you looking to use it for? PvP or Gym/Raids?

Double-check the IVs of that 91% one. It doesn't tally with with the breakdown you've provided.

I think in every case you want to go with the 15 attack one.

Edited. It was 14-13-14 and 15-12-12 (atk - def - hp). It's NOT for pvp surely.

Hey, some people like to try different things. I have done my fair share of experimenting in PvP. Only asking to make sure you weren't trying to keep it under a certain CP which is mostly tied to the Atk IV. although I doubt there would be much difference between 14 and 15 atk IV on your CP.
