Does anyone have a trade account for regionals?

Does anyone have a low level account with regional pokémon from outside europe?
(Tauros/heracross/tropius etc.)

I would like to take that account and fill it up with the europe regionals. As a trade i could trade the other regionals to my main account..

I could get you some Heracrosses in exchange of some Mr. Mimes, we would have to do some shannigans and they would be really low level heracross, but better than nothing, I need to fill my dex
