Palkia breakpoints? And Togekiss question
First - I don't think breakpoints are available here for Palkia yet, and the only ones I've been able to find online have been from pre the super-effective multiplier rework. Does anyone have a source or can otherwise provide the breakpoints?
Specifically interested in Dragonite with Best Friends and no weather boost. However I'm sure others would appreciate RayQ and Dragonite with Best/Ultra/No friends and With/Without Weather. Also as tier 2 counters interested in Togekiss (Air Slash, any neutral HP, and Dragon HP), Alolan Exeggutor, and Confusion-Shadow Ball Mewtwo.
As for the Togekiss question:
Wondering if the TDO and DPS on here are considering Air Slash or a neutral HP or Dragon HP. Obviously the last being the best option but insanely hard to get.
Which is better, Air Slash or a Neutral HP (e.g. Ice or Grass or Electric).
Finally, against Draco Meteor movesets, are there any teams that have a viable trio without re-entry (assume Best Friends and no weather, and the viable team is pulling its own weight i.e. >=33.3% damage in 296 sec)? Togekiss seems to have low enough TTW that I would imagine the answer is yes - however that seems to be with Dragon HP (which mine doesn't have). Would 5 Dragonite with a Togekiss anchor manage it, or would you need multiple Togekiss/Gardevoir to avoid re-entry (at which point you're lacking DPS)?

According to pokebattler, no moveset selected, SB mewtwo's behind togekiss, gardevoir, flygon and Giratina, this isnt surprising as the effectiveness buff put specific coutners above neutral generalists more often. Though all five options lag hard behind the supreme Ray, Dragonite and Palkia
Togekiss, with any moveset is by far the tankiest counter to draco meteor, dragon hidden power is best, but its a 1/16 odds.
Dont know how to convert time to win to DPS, togekiss at best friends, but both largely show the same thing if you know the health of a raid boss and/or are looking at a TTW table (Ray, the fastest even againt dragontail/DM is 585.9s)
Dragon HP: 711.6s
STAB Flying neutral HP (this does have different TTW: 751.6
AS: 763.6s
Neutral HP: 783.7
Air slash is much better, but flying HP is better than air slash (according to pokebattler, i do not know if it actually gets stab, but i assume it does as it also gets weather boost), and dragon is the best by far
The last part, i do not know, i am a bit new to pokebattler, though if i had to guess, based on the death skull things, and TTW, it looks like three neutral HP togekiss can do it (dragon tail/DM is the harder set, so i used that as the baseline, breath is the easier fast move, so what works on DT will definitely work on DB) Gardevoir also will work, though its more fragile than togekiss, 3 more deaths, with about 3 less seconds on TTW (when with 3 people its one second faster) at least thats what it seems, i dont know everything about how PB works.
The dragons, all of them take very heavy losses, when looking at one person fighting palkia with BF boost (and infinite time) to beat a TD/DM palkia, would take 43 rayquaza/ 45 dragonite, when divided by three for each person, that's around 14-15 dragons per player that are needed compared to the 6 gardevoir or 5 togekiss per player.
Hope what i have helps.
Thanks.
The reason I asked for Mewtwo is because I have it already. I'm currently looking at 4 Dragonites and need to fill my last 2 for short mans. Have no Rayquaza or Salamence (could evolve and power 1, but would be a potential waste prior to a potential CD). Have an Alolan Exeggutor at 33/34 with Dragon moveset that would make do generally, but seems bad against DM sets. Have a 31/32 Gardevoir that would require TMs but could also function without stardust investment. Otherwise it seemed like my two level 40 SB Mewtwo would be the strongest options without further investment.
Investment options would include:
Evolving another dragonite or two (sitting on 600+ candy, but also only 1 of my 4 Dragonites is maxed right now, one at 36.5 and one at 35, then one at 25 lucky 93 15A that I'll power [also is DM may need to TM]). Best evolve options would be an 84% 15A level 30 dratini, or an 82% 12A lucky dratini at level 27 ish).
Could invest in a Weather boosted 2384 Giratina, but I only got 25 Giratina candy from raids so it will cost rare candy + stardust.
The big problem with all of those is that they're all still weak to DM - the only set I feel like I'd need more than the initial 4 Dragonite for... however I'd guess Mewtwo still dies in one shot to Draco Meteor so perhaps that's why he's not a great choice (although Pokebattler seems to assume level 35? Perhaps at 40 Mewtwo can survive it. I've noticed that Roserade wasn't suggested for Kyogre raids with HP for fear it would die in one shot, but my Roserade never died to HP).
I'd say power the lucky level 25 dragonite up, its a lot cheaper candy wise than evolving and powering up a level 30 dratini, though i'd also power up that.
Personally, i wouldn't TM of draco meteor, it might not be as good as outrage, but its DPS is roughly 98% the DPS of outrage, my DM dragonite has never let me down before
I wouldn't power up the giratina, its tanky yes, but its damage isnt there for raids. its a pokemon great in PVP, but not raids. I wouldn't recommend kyogre either, it double resists water fall, and blizzard isnt super effective to palkia, water dragon.
Recommended are almost never helpful in GO, some times they are, others...not so much...aggron for hyperbeam mewtwo, anyone remember that? But back to palkia, draco meteor is a freaking nuke, basked by a massive attack stat almost equal to rayquaza and STAB, its probably going to one shot most things.
