Which common pokemon are rare for you?

Mine are eevee, i rarely see them wild. I hatched a couple them but i rarely see them.

I forgot to mention grass and bug types (except pinsir) are so rare for me.

All electric and Ice types. I have only 1 magnemite, 3 voltorb, 1 shellder and no seel.

Eversince release, i always find electric types (magnemite and voltorb) near beaches. In the case of shellder and seel, random spawns near water. I was fortunate enough to have a shellder nest before.

Any Rock or Fire types are very rare where I live in the UK. I could count the number of wild Ponyta's I've seen/caught on one hand.

I met someone who lived in the UK and he also says that. Here in the UAE, rock and fire types like growlithe and ponyta are so common.

Ekans, Sandshrew, Diglett and Doduo - these 4 from what I understand, are pretty common, but I struggled getting 50 candies with them few months ago, and I still see them rarely. There was an Ekans nest once and 2 Sandshrew nests right now, the rest have been pretty random spawns I think

Are you from Europe? Because these are exactly the ones which are rare for me to. Especially Doduo - only caught three or four of them in the wild and hatched five or six.

Yes, Europe! From what Ive seen on YouTube - Americans have plenty of these

Yup those are pretty common for me i have over 800 candies for sandshrew and 300 for ekans and doduo. I get excited when i see caterpie, weedle or bellsprout.

Voltorb, only see and catch 1 in the wild and not close to my house, no hatches, still waiting for electrodes.

Shellder, before the Christmas update, it is a nest here. Before the Santa hat Pikachu update, none, only hatched 2 shellders.

Loads for me in Manchester, UK.

The starters, Ekans, Sandshrew, Vulpix, Diglett, Growlithe, Abra, Ponyta, Doduo, Voltorb, Exeggcute, Tangela, Scyther and Pinsir are all ones that some seem to find commonly but I've only ever seen once or twice if at all (excluding nests and trips abroad). I'm also surprised to see so many people saying Eevee is as common as Rattata - I hardly ever see them at home. Thankfully they're fairly common where I work but still nothing like Rattata.

I have also never seen or hatched a Chansey. No Blissey for me when Gen2 arrives!

Magnemite and voltorbs are here like pidgeys, don't catch them anymore. Mr Mime also, don't catch them either.

Bulbasaur, Clefairy, Vulpix, Machop, Cubone are here to more rare types. Think I have more catched dratini and Lapras then Cubone (except the thanksgiving event of course)

Magneton is the most common Pokemon in New York City where the stores are. Also Voltorb.
Rarest is Grimer, I have been playing every day since July 9, and have only seen one.

I am surprised NYC doesn't have tons of Grimers :D But for real, I think Grimer is the rarest overall

Water types and grass types are extremely rare here. It wasn't until about December when there started to be the odd nest that would have water types. We just don't have much water here. So you would think grass types would be more common but oddish, bellsprouts etc. are very rare.

Super common here are Nidorans (Male - 800 candies and Female - 900), Ryhorns (450 candies) and Eevees (2000 candies). Fricken everywhere. I have 13 Ryhdons that are 80%+.

Even though I have 2000 Eevee candies I still don't have an 80%+ Vaporeon lol. Every 80%+ ends up either fire or electric. I can't win. ha. I have a bunch of 70% Vaps that I use for attack but still no good defender. I'm sitting on 13 Eevees with 80%+ but I'm scared to evolve them. Waiting for Gen 2. Or maybe I should try for that one Vap....

Super rare commons in my area: Machop, Geodude, Rhyhorn

Rare commons: Shellder, Seels, Magnetons

Everything else is super easy to obtain. So mad that rock Pokémon are so rare. Would love some more Rhydons and Golems.

We never see drowsies, except during the Halloween event.

A few miles east of SF we never see magikarps, but at certain places in SF you constantly trip over them.
