Dragonite second move?
I have a hundo Dragonite with DtHu. What's your opinion on giving Dragonite Outrage as a second move?

Is this a trick question? Candid Camera? If he currently has Hurricane he does not have access to Dragon Claw or Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. Thus the only other option would be Hyper Beam. Which is weaker, one bar, and does not protect him against other dragons. Which is the same for Hurricane and the reason you need a second move to make this Dragonite usable. However, if you have another Dragonite holding either Dragon Breath or Dragon Claw, you might consider shelving the Hundo and give Hurracane as a second move to this one.
Do you plan to use it for PvP? If so then you may as well give it both moves for the sake of coverage. Hurricane is 5 extra energy to use compared Outrage so it'll charge slightly slower but they'll be close.
If you plan to keep this Dragonite for raids/gyms only then I'd just TM it and save the dust for something else. Against the grass, bug, and fighting types that Hurricane is super-effective against there are more efficient attackers in the fire and psychic departments.
I'm not quite sold on spending 75 Candies and 75,000 Stardust to give ANY Pokémon a second charge move. PVP in my area is dead (it's winter, we barely even get out of our cars to do raids so we aren't going to spend 15min getting PVP up and going) so I'm not even spending 50 and 50,000. I'm only spending 25 and 10,0000, and even then I'm not quite sure that the cost is worthwhile. So from a cost perspective, I'm not a supporter.
Also, you're talking about getting a Neutral Damage move in most cases - Neutral Damage has taken one hell of a nerf. (I've edited this post because as I was typing, I got the Moves mixed up and was responding to the idea that you were using the second move for Hurricane, not Outrage. I'd be in support of getting Hurricane as a second Charge move; it's one of the few 75/75,000 moves I would actually consider right now) For that second reason, I'd be against getting a second move for your Dragonite.
When there are Dragon Legendary's back in the rotation? That's when it becomes more useful to have Outrage as a Second Move. But as long as the Outrage is doing Neutral Damage to most Pokémon, it's just not worth spending 75 Candies and 75,000 Stardust on it.
