Did I miss an update to PVP, bc the TDO spreadsheets is different...

I lost my phone in a friend's car this past Friday and just got it back last night. I was checking the spreadsheet in PVP mode VERY consistently, and nothing changed from day to day. Then, today I looked at 1500 CP TDO and Meganium is no longer top 2, Cresselia got passed by Deoxys Defense, and Umbreon went up while Azumarill went down.
So my question, as stated in the title, is did I miss something? Or was the spreadsheet I was checking before not current and Gamepress was lagging behind?

I just ran the TDO for Grass at 1500 and I still see top 3 as Meganium, Tropius, and Venusaur. No change from before.

Yes, you are right, it is different from the initial version. Basically now it accounts for the shields of the enemy, so it nerfed low EPS Fast move and/or high energy cost Charge move users.
