As far as the information I have, Riolu is only available from 10km eggs

I got simply rotten luck, out of 4 7km eggs I hatched, 1 was an A. Sandshrew, while the rest were Togepi.
Back to the point, I don’t think so.

No official announcement from Niantic or others, so if 333-blue did hatch one personally, then I would say yes. Otherwise no.

Yes, the new set of baby pokemon are in 7K eggs and Riolu is included. Along with Munchlax and Mantyke. It hasn't been confirmed by SilphRoad yet, but it's suspected that Chingling may be available in 7km as well.

Everywhere I have seen, even updated lists, keeps Riolu in 10K. If someone can provide evidence otherwise, please post it here.
