I cannot attack in Pvp.

I did some training with team leaders (by the way , there was a weird point about it either. It started with their pokemon using charge move. Is it normal?)
And a friend of me invited me to Pvp.
I accepted it, but I couldn't attack with my pokemon. The screen shows pokemons, but no countdown, no charging circle, etc... After their first charge move, screen returned to normal, but I still couldn't attack. Their pokemon seems to faint (much slower than mine), but definitely I couldn't use my charge move.
Does anybody having same trouble with me?
I re-installed the game but the problem persists.

Low end hardware? There's a massive difference between my phones

Well I have two phones and my worse phone is working well. My primary phone is acting weird...

I see similar posts on reddit. So I guess it's real problem for some of the phones (Mine is Galaxy S7) because even I change the account it's still there, but the account works without trouble on other phone.

I have the exact same problem on my main phone. It also doesn't trigger on my shitty phone, which has issues with the touchscreen so I rarely use it.
I've tried A LOT of different ideas to fix it but no progress here

On my iPad, the game will crash every few minutes. The good news is that the yellow spoofers may have difficulty kicking out my Blissey (which I managed to place in a gym just before the forced update).

Can't attack either. God damned Niantic poor developing company. Samsung Galaxy S8 here

Probably not a pattern. I have two old phones that are not as good as your Samsung ... I have the problem too. Might be a problem for all phones that are not super new and stupidly expensive.
