Preffered fast move Poliwrath
Which fast move will be better for PvP? Mud Shot, Bubble or Rock Smash? I have all three and I would like to hear some opinionson this. I am leaning towards Mud Shot (same eps as Bubble) but maybe I am wrong.

Mud Shot is legacy. If your Poliwrath doesn't already have this you'll never be able to learn it. If it does have this and you TM it to something else you won't be able to get it back.
Rock Smash has a bit more DPS than Bubble but substantially lower energy gain, hurting Polirath's overall performance. Both moves have higher DPS than Mud Shot and Bubble has the same EPS as it, though we don't know everything about energy gain in PvP other than it seems different.
I wouldn't change anything just yet until PvP actually drops and we can learn more about it.
Both could have their place. Magneton can carry both Discharge (Legacy) and Magnet Bomb, both of which are solid if not spectacular moves as far as we know. They might be awesome in PvP, making up for Magneton's frailty. The Stat shift and CP correction may have also helped Magneton some.
Magnezone gets Wild Charge (!!!) and Flash cannon (???). Different spectrum, different uses, and a likely much higher CP.
In any event, I'm ready if either are good, 1400 candy, tens of Magnemites to evolve, and a couple of luckies. No investment yet, but if it's good, I'm set.
Since Steel has so many good resistances, I've been reexamining all of them for PvP. Forretress looks solid, Scizor could be good, although both have the double weakness to fire, so one would have to be careful with that. Alolan Sandslash could be good if Gyro ball becomes a good PvP move (it's garbage in raids and gyms). And the obvious candidates Steelix and Skarmory could be good in the Great League, depending on how their attacks translate over.
