Here is the problem, if they don’t have a shiny charmander already then both parties spend a minimum of 40k stardust. Then you spend more stardust on a defense pokemon. I would trade it for something else, just forget the guaranteed lucky. I’ve traded so much that I’ve gotten 350+ luckies, I’ve never even looked at the 4 lucky Snorlaxes I got
Is this a good trade?
My: Shiny Charmander
Their: Snorlax, guaranteed lucky because is 2016 and they have less than 10 luckies, it's level 10 only though
Update: both of us have it registered

If you have some personal attatchment to snorlax and really want a lucky of it, i'd say go ahead.
Though personally i wouldn't. Game wise, snorlax isnt quite what is used to be, and theres a lot better alternatives on defense these days that are either or all easier to get, have better defensive synergy or useful as both great attackers and defenders. Theres also IV's on defensive pokemon dont mean as much as they do on offense as any defender will rarely be at max motivation when its being battled, and if it is, that lasts only a few seconds.Id personally hold onto the Charmander as shinies tend to have significantly more trade value, even after the CD weekend, I still see people trading legendaries and other shinies to fill in the gaps they missed.
Just my personal thoughts, but Lick/Body Slam Snorlax could end up being incredibly obnoxious to fight against in PvP. It's a tanky Mon that has a very fast and high EPS quick move alongside a STAB charge move that is very spammable, has a short duration, and is a pain to dodge. I'm planning to test one out in the 2500 tier once the feature goes live.
It could, but theres something called meteor mash metagross in the game. and it doesnt get type effectiveness. Becaue CP caps exist for PvP, its makes a lot of pokemon much more viable than they were before Not to mention that body slam was good agaisnt machamp on defense because machamp doesnt have a lot of bulk comparatively, but when you use a tyrantiar agaisnt it, that move did nothing.
