500 extra pokemon space + mega CD event = profit?
Apparently the cap of pokemon space has been raised to 2000. Also the CD event is Niantic throwing a bone to all those who missed a CD or joined/rejoined later (i will get my FP Venasaur finally!). Even though i feel it's a short term solution to the exclusive moves avaible for very short time windows and it really doesn't adress any long term problems with this kind of events (fear of missing out this one will be huge), i can only wonder how much money Niantic will make out of this event, definitively the biggest yet! I would love that it would become a yearly feature, so i would know that if i miss any CD, i will have my chance at the end of the year again!!

FP Venusaur seems to get a better TTW in most matchups. The advantage in bulkiness and having 2 bars is significant. And FP Venusaur was only barely viable as a Claydol counter before rebalance, it was mostly about whether you had weather, SC Gengars or a Kyogre.
EDIT: Downvoting facts based entirely on simulation results? Somebody doesn't like the truth.
