some say Blizzard have 0 dodge window, so It's unable to dodge, but according to this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DQO_LWxtZ4
it's possible to dodge Blizzard
Anyway, what is dodge window? what does it do?

All moves are dodgeable, just wait for the yellow flash then dodge within the next 700ms:

For Blizzard, the yellow flash is right after the block of ice animation.
