Confirmed. Also that Gengar raids will be tier 4 (so not soloable). Glad I maxed that 96% Tyranitar.

But you always get stuck with Psychic right?

Use some CTMs.

Can you also do a fast TM to get lick from an existing gengar?

No, i try it 6-7 times with existing gengar sucker punch- hex back to back to back
