I evolved my 98% 15 15 14 mudkip when i came back to the game before i had any idea or exclusive moves. It feels bad but at least we still have time to farm more High IV mudkips....but my 100% totodile that i evolved will forever haunt me :(
You can save that one but maybe also try having a friend trade you mudkips until you get a lucky one, it may not be over 90% IV but it will also be easier to power up. I'm trying to have one lucky mon for each community day since chikorita

What would you do with a Swampert now? Save it, it's going to be the best non-legendary water. Only reason to not care about incoming Hydro Cannon CDs is if you already have 6 Kyogres at high level.

depending if you have the dex entrie already i would defenitly not wait iwth registering it in your dex but do i little less good one for the registration and aftr that save up the candies

As the picture MasterMaverikk posted above indicates, it'll be just a hair slower than Kyogre but with less bulk. If you don't need the dex entry and/or Mudkip nest regularly near you I'd absolutely save it. I hatched a hundo Mudkip on Squirtle day that I'm saving.
