7K Regional Hatches

Are the regionals still being hatched or are we done. Haven't seen any for a while. So far only got a few Mr Mime, but still hoping for a Kangaskhan.

Egg contents are determined at the time the egg is obtained, not the time it is hatched. In other words, eggs earned during the Ultra Bonus Event, but only incubated later, can still hatch into regionals.

Yes, I am aware when the contents are deternined. From your response, I presume that eggs with regionals were only created during the Ultra Bonus Event whenever that was.

If you have 7k eggs left over from the ultra bonus hatch event (aka you opened a gift and got a 7k egg but didn't incubate it yet), they still have a chance to hatch a regional. Any eggs obtained after the event ended won't have regionals in them. Hope this helps!

Yes only eggs collected during the ultra bonus (the first week mewtoo was in tier 5) had the chance for regionals. Personaly with summer over I'm ready for something other than alolan forms in there

Okay - that clears it all up. The contents of the egg is defined when the gift is opened. I agree that it's about time for other than alolan forms, but then whatever it is, we'll probably get shorted, as usual. Still trying to get the Alolan Vulpix -- I know .... RNG.
