Shadow Ninja suit appears in shop only after catching 108 pokemon with Shadow Sneak. Any Giratina caught while wearing Shadow Ninja suit has Shadow Ball as a charge move.

I wouldn't pay attention to this - if it were legit and not just a graphical bug, I'd expect pictures of a caught Giratina.
