Why is Zen Headbutt now a top tier attacking moveset on Snorlax?

My understanding was that something was changed in the recent update to reflect this, but I'm not entirely sure how. If someone could clarify that would be very helpful.

nothing changed. Zen Headbutt + Hyper Beam is A because the gap between it and other A is not big enough.

My numbers that calculate damage using "0.5 x Power x STAB+1" (so assuming attackers attack = defenders defence and both of the same level) and adds 0.5s to time of Charge Attacks and takes into account how many fast attacks are needed to charge and also takes into account that charge moves needing less then 100 energy can have excess energy that can be used in a later cycles (=Super Cycle) yields the following combined DPS:

Lick Bodyslam 8.99 DPS (1. Cycle: 8 Fast Attacks for 1 Charge Attack, Super Cycle using excess energy on the 2nd Cycle so 7 Fast Attacks for the 2nd Charge Attack)

Lick Earthquake 8.48 DPS (15-1, No Super Cycle)

Lick Hyperbeam 9.88 DPS (15-1, No Super Cycle)

Zen Headbut Bodyslam 7.47 DPS (13-1, Super Cycle on 2nd Cycle, 12-1)

Zen Headbut Earthquake 7.30 DPS (25-1, no Super Cycle)

Zen Headbut Hyperbeam 7.91 DPS (25-1, no Super Cycle)

In some cases there is a Super Super Cycle, where the Excess Energy of the Super Cycle is used however I have never gotten results that increased dps by more then 0.2% and the Time is often over 99s, so I have not taken this into account.

So if Zen Headbutt + Hyperbeam deserves an A, so should Lick + Earthquake since its more then 7% more powerfull

Machamp
would be the most likely attacker vs Snorlax and he is weak to Psychic.
