Sorry, but which Metagross to power up?
Got some good ones on CD, but FAILED to evolve my egg hatched 15-15-14 lvl 20 Beldum I saved and renamed long ago for this day! I did evolve the following bunch, so which 2 or 3 to power up now? I aim at lvl 35 for now, possibly going 40 later.

13-15-15 lvl 35 shiny, this is my #1 for now, putting in gyms
12-13-15 lvl 30
13-14-13 lvl 30
14-12-12 lvl 30
15-13-10 lvl 30
13-13-3 lvl 30 shiny
15-15-8 lvl 24
Would the best option for the next two actually be the 15 atk ones? Since those two will be attackers only.
Any idea what to do with the 15-15-14 lvl 20 Beldum now?

See it a a low priority project. In a few weeks/months, after powering up The Metagrosses of your choice and feeling comfortable you don't need more, if you still have enough candy and don't know what else to with them, then go for this psychic Metagross.
Until then, save your resources for your steel army :)
All of them are quite neat (except the 13/13/3). Your 13/15/15 is excellent and as you mention, to complement it I would go for a 15 atk. Of the two (15/13/10 and 15/15/8), I would go for the 15/13/10 one because Metagross has a much higher base defense than base stamina, meaning 2 point of stamina IV have a greater impact than 2 points of defense IV.
With this in mind, I would rank them like this:
1) 13-15-15 lvl 35 shiny, this is my #1 for now, putting in gyms
2) 15-13-10 lvl 30
3) 15-15-8 lvl 24
4) 14-12-12 lvl 30
5) 13-14-13 lvl 30
6) 12-13-15 lvl 30
7) 13-13-3 lvl 30 shiny
With 3-4-5 being really close to one another.
