When will Niantic re release the stat rework and will rayquaza benefit from it?

Rayquaza gets about a 10% increase to tankiness with the rebalance. Not the biggest buff, but one that it will be able to put to good use.

Rayquaza already was a monster, but the rebalance does make it better.

I imagine the rework gets rereleased when they iron out the HP bug. Baffling that they haven't already.

that level DPS and more bulk, yes, it will make Rayquaza even more of a monster.

Rayquaza does benefit from the stat rework, but neither this Pokemon nor any other gets 50 extra HP. His max HP at Level 40 goes from 162 to 179, which is still quite significant.
