How do you think generation 2 will change the metagame?
No doubt tyranitar will be in the top , counter for snorlax and good match up with dragonite and lapras.
Maybe chansey's evolution will be usefull, I Hope that umbreon will get a good move set

I'm super excited for Tyranitar's debut. Because there aren't really any prominent Fighting-type attackers, he's not going to have a gaping weakness like Dragonite, and he'll be able to deal with Psychic types a lot better than any Pokemon currently out there, especially if he gets Bite as a quick move. If he gets Rock Throw too, he'll do well against Dragonite, Fire types, and even Lapras to a degree. But he won't perform super well against Vaporeon, Venusaur, and a few other common ones.
Kingdra is the most interesting Pokemon in Gen II to me. Shouldn't be too hard to obtain (Horsea's aren't that hard to find), and will double resist Water and Fire with no weakness to Grass. The only semi-viable counter will be Dragonite, and if Kingdra gets Dragon Breath and Dragon Pulse/Ice Beam, then Kingdra will be able to fight back relatively well. With such a high base CP, no common weaknesses, resistances to super common attackers, and a potentially neutral quick move, Kingdra will be one of the better attackers and defenders in Gen II, methinks.
Finally with the gen II release the metagame would be rebalanced. Some types would became viable (i.e. Electric, dark) and almost every mon would have its counter.
Do you think new moves - fast and charge - will be introduced? I didn't played the previous Pokemon games, so I can't figure out if the new generation means new movesets.
