Pokemon explicitly listed as appearing more are Abra, Ralts, and Baltoy. Surely there may be others, potentially Beldum? Not likely but extra prep before the community day is much welcome.
Before anyone panics about this being the October event and not a Halloween one, calm yo selves. It's still way too early in the month for it, last year's wasn't announced until the 19th and 2016's was announced on the 24th. There's plenty of time for both events to happen this month.
