Awsome pogo moment

I caught a 100% mewtwo the other day. congrats man!

My greatest moment remains my 100% shiny dratini on community day with five minutes left. Will never forget the OMG moment as the appraisor confirmed it was 100%. A load of other people rushed over but it had already despawned (was on a lure) no one else got it. Epic :D

I caught a hundo Mewtwo yesterday too. And it's my second one.

During an EX raid, was in a really buggy area. About 15 people showed up to the raid.. all were Mystic (I’m Valor). Finally about 7 of us decide to go on with our phones finally working. Halfway through the raid, my phone starts lagging bad. We beat it.. 2275 shows up. I’m freaking out. Only get 7 balls. I throw the first one... completely misses. Second one, too short. The lag is real. 5 balls left. Tension like crazy. Decide to throw another... miss again... 4 balls left. Decide to chance it and close out the app. Restart. Go back in. Still 4 balls. Throw and hit him, not even a nice throw. Still a little laggy. Pops out without a shake. I know I’m not catching it. 3 balls left. Throw.. got a nice throw... pops out after one shake.. heart is pounding... throw it again with the lag.... didn’t even hit a nice throw... the ball shakes... then...... CRITITAL CATCH! OMG... I was so happy!!!!

I will never forget that story...

Too bad it's not Shadowball. Getting Shadowball removed from Mewtwo's moveset means mewtwo raids are almost strictly desgined to candy up your shadowball mewtwos.

Not as exciting as a 100% Mewtwo, but my statistically best wild catch was a lvl 35 100 percent Ursaring with Play Rough in my yard. Also caught shiny Omastar and Kabuto about 10 minutes apart on the last day of the Rock event earlier this year

100% LVL30 Charizard spawned on my house (I live in a rural area).
Caught it with Ultra and GRB first try... I was kinda expecting him to flee but he didn't. Too bad it was after the CD so I rarely use him...

I have two moments. On Zapdos day I had to play both my account and my fiancee's since she was unable to participate. On the second raid we did, her account presented a wind-boosted Zapdos with 2378cp. It wasn't shiny so I had to actually work to catch it. Somewhere between 4-6 balls and it was caught. It wasn't until I ran it through the appraisal when I realized what I had caught her: a 100% weather boosted Zapdos. When she saw it on her account later she was ecstatic, enough to compensate for the fact that out of ~20 raids a shiny never popped on her account. She's since maxed it and it's one of her favorites.

Less exciting, on the first day Mewtwo entered the normal raid scene I set out with some friends to help them catch one. I had zero idea that the catch rate was lowered and didn't bother to ask anyone in the group until after throwing my first Pinap and ball at it. Luckily I didn't really need to as it stayed caught in that first ball.

Best moment was getting 98% tyrantiar after a week of raid fails.

That or hatching either my perfect dratini last week, catching a perfect boosted Chansey or hatching a second shiny togepi that had good iv;s

Catching a 100iv shiny squirtle on community day with 15 mins left

Did a Kyogre raid during the second run, or maybe the 3rd. Everyone was hoping for shinies, but I got a perfect, and caught it, as did my pal Paul. Two perfect Kyogres caught in one raid. That was fun, especially as I'm one who wants everyone around me to succeed too, since it's a zero sum game.

Several weeks later, doing my first Registeel raid, also with Paul, and I get a perfect Registeel. (Yes, it's meh. But a perfect meh). Should have stopped there with Registeel, but did one more later.

I think my best moment was last year, long before community days and before TMs were a thing. After waiting for another batch evolve with lucky egg, this time a big player was gonna come out from it: my very first Dragonite. I hesitated long between a hatched 15/11/11 (A/D/S) Dratini and a lvl 28-ish but with worse IVs, since I did not have enough candy to evolve AND power up to lvl 30 the hatched one, and I was low on stardust (one thing I don't regret from the past...). I finally decided to go for the hatched one, but then I still had to see the moves and hope for a decent combination... Dragon Tail/Outrage. Ouh yeah! Thanks to Dratini community day, Dratini candies are no longer a problem and that guy is still one of my strongest pokémon, a great gym sweeper (probably the highest victory count among my pokémon) and one I've been powering up high without thinking too much about breakpoints. This guy is the one I'm most proud of and I enjoy using it.
