So I can’t log in keeps saying it unable to log in check if Pokémon account exists but the email I’m using has the Pokémon as a app so I know that’s the right email and pass , if I undo my given access will it Re give me access or will it loss all my progress?

Try turning airplane mode on, then off, then restart the app. That is the simplest thing that often helps when it doesn't want to log in for me.

Didn’t work nothing seems to work and the people who runs this game ain’t helping really . This is bullshit excuse my language
