What's your thoughts

Charge move is not good and level is too low. Needs lots of candies.

You could maybe change it to Ice Shard/Surf for a small defensive boost?

Dragon Pulse is a useless move. You'll have to TM it to either Blizzard for offense or Hydro Pump for defense.

I'm not sure if it'll be worth the candy, though. Personally leaning towards no.

Ice Shard is by far the best defensive fast move but doesn't make a big difference when attacking. Power it up if you want a defending Lapras.

As others have mentioned, DP isn't exactly the best charge move for Lapras. That said, it's a pretty rare legacy move, and it has a really cool animation! So your Lapras may not have the most optimal charge move for, say, defending a gym, but it will do it in style!

That said, I probably wouldn't pour dust into it, as there are better options out there.

Just a rare pokedex entry. Not worth any candy nor stardust. Lapras' time is of the past.

I have a couple of them, along with DP Gyaradoses, and even a DP Dragonite. I keep hoping against hope that they will make DP good again, but for now, it pretty much sucks.

With that said, if I had your lucky DP Lapras, I'd absolutely power it up and show it off in gyms.

As an attacker it's pretty useless, as a defender it would hit dragons hard but then nobody in their right mind would attack a Lapras with a dragon so again, pretty useless, it's legacy tho so keep it for the novelty value but don't invest in it.
