Birds with special moves

It appears that the Legendary birds have their raid day moves. I caught a Moltres, and it has Sky Attack. Reports that Articunos caught have Hurricane, and I suspect (no proof yet, but would be surprised if it isn't the case) that Zapdos has Thunder Shock.

Along with the 15 minutes eggs before 90 minute raids, well, this is new and interesting. Glad I can score a few SA Moltres, was on a plane during raid day, tried to look with the Wi-Fi, but no gyms over the north Atlantic ocean :-(.

Caught 3 Moltres, they all had Sky Attack. Seems to be the one and only charged move.

I did a Zapdos raid today and caught one. It had thundershock as a quick move.

I can confirm both Moltres and Articuno. Did two of the former and 3 of the latter using both accounts.

Well glad I was right about saving a raid pass in case this happened. Hurricane articuno was only released in japan so I was thinking they may do something like this again to make sure everyone gets a crack at it, but not to this extent, but presently suprised they did.

I would still rather raid Regirock to be honest...

We have had so many chances to get the Kanto birds, everyone should have enough of them by now.

Hurricane Articuno of any use? It seems to be a downgrade for Articuno while Sky Attack Moltres and Thunder Shock Zapdos is more of an upgrade.

Probably not very useful. It’s just a novelty move that was given to Articuno on the Articuno Day in Japan due to the original day being cancelled due to the typhoon.

I had a hunch that this would be the case. I will try to hunt a better TS Zapdos.
Is Moltres still duable with Golem as a T5 or you need 6 SD tyranitar?

A guy from my group duoed him using only Garys and Kyogres in rainy weather. Moltres was duoable without SD Ttars, friendship and weather, so i think now can be only easier :)
