moves alteration?

I just noticed Machamp fast move "Counter" animation has changed. The move is slower than before. I also felt Gyarados / Kyogue "Waterfall" seems to have a shorter recharge time, not so sure about this one though.
Does other moves have similar change?

It's just the animations that are different. It has already been verified that the move stats are the exact same as before.

I noticed the same thing, noticing machamp only punched with 2 hands, not all 4, and gyarados not doing the full waterfall animation, but after checking everything on the statistic level is the same, its just an animation thing
