Thank you Niantic
Check list for September:
*Catch a Regirock
*Evolve a frenzy plant Meganium just to have it
*Continue my daily gameplay
Second month of recovery from event fatigue, while still having SOME options available if I want to play more. For those who feel disappointed about Chikorita day: enjoy Niantic giving us a break while in the shadow of gen 4!

How about trying to cater to the needs of the most possible players and not needlessly shutting out the ones who do work on weekends or, dear god, have other plans that can't be rescheduled. Complaints that the 3h event window sucks are perfectly valid because it is unnecessarily narrow and exclusive.
I haven't done a raid since Saturday, and missed a few days before that day. When good legendaries arrive they assume we'll go back to doing multiple raids a day w/ premium passes (I've only done minimum amount on Arti and Zap days). Probably won't happen with me. Partly bc I don't know where raids are, plenty of gyms here and I look for raids when I'm traveling by car...but I end up returning w/o doing any
*Catch 3 Regirocks to keep up with my rows of legendaries
*Evolve a high level FP Meganium to use in challenge solos and a shiny FP Meganium
*Grind like a madman during the dust bonus unlocked in Yokosuka
*Max a few new pokemon with the extra dust
*Clear up schedule to attend Moltres day if it happens
*Complete Celebi quest as fast as possible for bragging rights if it comes, ideally less than 24h
*Keep trading for lucky dex
*Participate in a pokedraft
*Keep prepping for gen 4
*Continue daily gameplay, specifically try to not miss using daily passes
* Catch a Regirock or two and be done with it since I blew my perfect Regi streak earlier this week
* Get FP Meganium, one regular and one shiny
* Work on maxing out the following luckies: Dragonite, Gyarados, Jolteon, IB Lapras
* Finish Maxing out Kyogre that I stopped somewhere around level 35-37
* Maybe max out second Rayquaza currently sitting at level 30? I don't know if having multiple is overkill
* Go through trade backlog, clearing out leftovers from previous community days and legendaries
* Maybe hit level 40? I'm 600k of the way in and Moltres Day should help immensely with that
* Hoard as much dust as possible while doing the above tasks (currently a touch below 300k)
* Prep for Gen 4 legendaries like a madman
It seems like niantic is actually paying attention to the fans
The boosted EX will be helpful (at least for lower level/close to level 40), yes chikorita's not good but at least it will be another shiny, the benefit of a not goof tier 5 is that we are more free to raid the tier 1-4;s, most people dont want to raid those unless its a tyranitar or machamp because the tier 5 is so valuable, by having a less valuable tier 5, it lets players be a lot more open with raids without them feeling like they're missing out on a good legendary, they are aware of how bad the regi's are.
