Hi, i got a shiny good IV eevee and i want to evolve it to Espeon... Until when do i have to wait to evolve her without geting last resort?

Maybe I'm wrong... But the descriptoion of the CD says that every Eevee caught, hatched or evolved will have the move... So... If you caught it during CD, even if you wait to evolve it will have LR... Or am I wrong?

I don’t think so. The special move won’t be available after that time, same as the other special moves.
That said, I could be wrong so I’ll post the result when I evolve Umbreon tonight
