I got my Umbreon first because that thing is beautiful but now i have 2 eevee that are both viable candidates for Espeon.
Door #1 is a 263 cp 73% IVs and 15a/15d/3s
Door #2 is a 766 cp 75% IVs and 14a/6d/14s
Which is better the higher defense or stamina? 3 is kind of a very low ball number.

I’d say the 14/6/14. I might be wrong on this but less defense=more damage taken=faster energy.

15 attack is nice but I don’t think the 1 attack will make a whole lot of difference.

#1 isn't good enough to raise from such a low level, go with #2.
