Who's your favorite mon?

My favorite defender is probably Exeggutor (Confusion / Psychic). It seems to surprise attackers every time with how insanely high damage it deals if you don't dodge him. Also of all my Pokémon this Exeggutor has easily the highest "Battles Won" count.

For attacking I've really fell in love with Dragonite, even though it's still somewhat low CP, I find it easiest to fight with. That is because Dragon attacks are rarely super effective or super weak, and you never miss dodging a charge move because the notification of the charge move came in late due to screen getting filled with "super effective" messages. I think that's a fair advantage. Also both Dragon Breath and Dragon Claw are both very fast moves and it's incredibly easy to dodge everything even if you just used your charge move before as Dragon Claw has such a low cooldown.

I really enjoy the moment my Jolteon use thunder against a Gyarados.

Pidgeot with Wing Attack is so fulent when attack and dodge.

Parasect with any possible move sets is my fav too, it constantly attack and dodge.

I almost dodge literally everything; credit Cricket for the network .

My personal favorite Gen 1 pokemon are Gyarados, Lapras, Jolteon, Rhydon, Venusaur, Articuno, Zapdos and maybe Gengar. Luckily most of them are viable in the POGO Meta and I am making my goal to get awesome versions of these pokemon.
