So what happens if Electivire gets Wild Charge?

Electivire will have significantly more DPS, and that is what matters more in raids, as well as it wont require rare candy, it isnt like houndoom and tyranitar where the DPS is similar (as in less than .5 )but one survives longer as both are nonlegendaries

I dont think either of those will be duo'able at least until Zekrom comes out, Suicune's got a lot of bulk, and Kyogre's well....Kyogre, its bulk and DPS

Let's look at the numbers. Electivire has a base attack stat of 249, Raikou has 241. DPS is approximately proportional to Attack, so you would be looking at about a 3% increase in DPS (in reality, more complicated, but approximate). However, Raikou has a bulk coefficient (Defense * Stamina) of 37,800, while Electivire's is 25,950. This means that you'll die more often with a team of Electivire, lowering your time to win to something that is likely less than or equal to that of Raikou's. The real advantage of Electivire over Raikou will be increased availability of catch and candy, meaning that you can get near Raikou-level performance with less cost. Duos of Kyogre and Suicune will not become possible because of anything in Gen IV.

Nowhere near causing duos of Kyogre or Suicune. You'd need to go up from Raikou's TTW by more than 30% for that and Electivire has 3% more base attack. With TS/WC the necessary base attack stat would be 310+, even Zekrom in gen 5 doesn't come close if it doesn't get a busted new moveset.

depending on breakpoints, they could deal the same damage, or maybe just +1 depending on weather and friendship. No need to get over-super-hyped for just +8 attack aside from non-rare candy power-up
