How much dust for a Legendary Pokemon that isn’t in the dex, and not having a shiny version of it?

I don’t have Kyogre in my dex. I don’t have the Shiny Forme, either. How much dust will this cost at Level 3 friends?

To add onto this, if you have the normal form but not the shiny form in your Pokedex, a shiny Legendary will still cost 80000

Yeah, it's 80,000 regardless was my point. If you haven't captured a particular shiny before, at ultra friends level, it'll be 80,000 dust to trade for it.

The cost is only 60k during the trading event that ends at 4pm PDT on August 19.
