Dragonite 100% IV

I caught a Dratini 100% and evolves into a Dragonite but i get Dragon Breath / Hyper beam , it is worth spending stardust?

In my opinion I would power up the dragonite.

I ran into the same problem! My Dragonite has the same movements... and in lvl4....I decide to leave it alone...

Assuming it's not terribly low level, any Dragonite with Dragon Breath is a good attacker. If you have very easy access to Dratini however, you might want to look for more, but if you don't you should be really happy with that.

My Dragonite is lv 21 / 2099 CP and i have another Dratini 95 iV ( 15 atk / 13 def / 15 stam)
